Indonesian Banking Fraud Detection Dashboard
A real-time fraud detection pipeline for Indonesian banking transactions: a Python generator streams IDR transactions into Kafka, Spark Structured Streaming flags suspicious ones, Airflow and dbt build the marts in PostgreSQL, and a Streamlit dashboard shows the alerts. Runs fully locally with Docker Compose.
Coal Mining ETL Pipeline
A medallion-architecture (Bronze → Silver → Gold) ETL pipeline for coal mining ritase (hauling trip) data, orchestrated with Apache Airflow and processed with PySpark over MinIO object storage, landing aggregated marts in a PostgreSQL warehouse. Fully Dockerized.
CSV Cleansing ETL
A Python ETL pipeline that reads a messy CSV, deduplicates and normalizes the rows, loads clean and rejected records into separate DuckDB tables, and exports the results to JSON and CSV. Dockerized and covered by 17 unit tests.
